The Eastman E6D-TC (Thermo-Cured) is a professional-level acoustic guitar from Eastman's Traditional Series. The "TC" stands for Thermo-Cured (or Torrefied) which is a process that bakes the solid spruce top to simulate the cellular structure of decades-old wood, providing a "played-in" tone right out of the case.

The E6D-TC is a classic Dreadnought (D) body shape with a Mahogany back and sides (6-series). It is well-regarded for its loud, bold, and balanced sound that excels in flatpicking and ensemble playing, where its volume helps it cut through a mix.
